Hi people! ;) I am waaaaay overdue for a post! I have just been so busy doing so much and really moving along with life. I have a lot of things I want to write about, but just no time to do so! So my plan is to use a word document and just write a little every once and a while and then I will post it all and it will be like a official "summer post". ;) But it will take a while...Oh well...:)

I hope your summers have been AMAZING!!! :D

Hello sunshine :-)

Thanks for your comment and sorry to hear you've had your own challenges to deal with. Well done on your 3rd b/p free day! It's a very dangerous behaviour, so very very important to not restrict. This is the only way to break the cycle before you become totally trapped in it.

Look after yourself chick, and looking forward to hearing more about your summer so far.

Hi Maddi! (I love the way you spell your name!)

I hope that you are staying occupied with things that make you happy (like swimming!) :) You deserve to smile.
From reading your last few posts, I am not sure if your best friend moved or is away temporarly, but I can relate to both. My family moves a ton- in fact, we are moving to PA from NJ in less than 3weeks- and although it can be exciting, losing friends is no fun.
With that said, my one friend from Germany visits me every other summer, and I visit her in Europe the summers that she does not come here! A year in between may seem like a long time, but whenever we meet again it is as though I never left. She is exactly the same person- funny, kind, carefree, lovable, and down-to-earth.
Even if it is not possible for you to see your friend every year, I promise that your relationship and connection will not fade. You can keep in touch through snail mail, e-mail, and so on!
For now, it may be helpful to surround yourself with other people who make you feel loved. She has a special place in your heart that cannot be replaced by anyone else, but there is still room for new friends (and old ones) to have their own spot in your life! Don't be afraid to seek help and support.

Much love and prayers,
Lexi
